Get our premium grade custom turbo Dodge TI (Log Motor) intake and injector heat shield to protect your fuel injectors and fuel rail from the excessive heat generated by the Garrett T1 style turbocharger. Our custom made heat shield replaces the factory shield (#4275436) but we took it's design a step or two further. Our heat shield is made from thick 26 gague steel rather than aluminum like the original. Then we line it with our nano-ceramic thermal heat blanket that protects engine components up to 2700* Fahrenheit! And then the nano-ceramic blanked is sandwiched with a copper anodized heat absorbing screen to protect the blanket from debris and keep it intact for the life of the car. The heat absorbing copper screen helps to keep the fuel rail and injectors much cooler when compared to the factory absetos based shield...which did a pretty good job origionally but they tend to fall apart of the years and it's aluminum construction was not at all very rugged allowing the shield frame mounting points to easily break off. Our unit is much sturdier and made of genuine US steel.

Perfect fit
Excellent fit and finish, this is way better than the stock piece. It will put up with more heat and will last a whole lot longer!

I purchased this shield to replace on my 1987 Dodge Charger Shelby. Much better design than OEM.
