Hard to find 1" shorter 5 speed shifter. Excellent used 89 style (SHORTER) 5 speed shifter with both a lighted LED billet aluminum shift knob and an original Dodge black knob that is missing the shift pattern plate. Good used 89 style 5 speed shifter is a full inch shorter than all the earlier shifters and has a slight bend towards the driver at the mid section. Came on 89 turbo cars only and features the greatly improved and working reverse lockout mechanism.
A direct swap onto the existing shift mount floor bracket. The 89 style uses ball and cap style cable connectors at the shifter end for both cables, THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED. This shifter was born in an 89 Daytona but it's a direct bolt in for any cable shifted non-L (Charger, Omni, Rampage, etc)or non-S (Minivan)body turbo Dodge vehicle.
