Original factory Chrysler/Dodge 2.2/2.5 engine oil restrictor. This is the oil restrictor that is installed in the engine block to reduce the amount of oil going to the cylinder head and increase the oil pressure going to the turbo oil supply line. Helps to prevent too much oil from entering the cylinder head under high RPM potentially causing oil starvation.
