SHIPPING POLICY 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We typically ship our products via USPS Priority Mail, UPS ground or FedEx Ground. Since all items are sold with either shipping included or at a fixed shipping amount we reserve the right to select the carrier that is most appropriate, cost effective or convenient. All shipments are insured at full purchase value and fully insured. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Yes, we do!)
In the case of international shipments, the actual contents of the package will be accurately described and valued. We will not for any reason ship items internationally when the contents are not accurately described or with a declared value less than what was actually paid. Any and all taxes, duties or carrier agent delivery fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you have any special requests regarding the carrier that will be used, then please contact us prior to placing your order or immediately after your order is placed and before shipment is completed and we will attempt to accommodate your specialized shipping request.

International shipping charges are additional to the cost of shipping provided by our shopping system. To obtain a shipping quote for international shipping it is best to email ahead or to telephone to discuss your order and to obtain a total cost for your items with shipping to your non-US destination. 

 

PACKAGE LOST OR DAMMAGED
In the event of a package loss or damage to the contents, once a package has left our location and is in the hands of the carrier, any loss or damage by the carrier will become an insurance claim and the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not responsible for the replacement of goods that are lost or damaged by the carrier. This is what insurance is for and why we insure every package that is sent.

We hope that you will understand that for most orders from our catalog we exclusively manufacture custom, made to order, specialty parts for individual Shelby Dodge enthusiast and their unique cars. Our return policy is as follows: 

NOTE: Any return requires both an approval by an authorized Turbo Dodge Parts agent or employee AND an RMA number.  Product returned without an RMA or a pre-approval are not likely to be honored and may be refused/returned unprocessed. If there is a problem with your order, then please contact us first for a resolution and a corrective action plan.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND GUARANTEED FIT
If there is a problem with the product fit or there is a fabrication defect that prevents proper operation of one of our custom manufactured products, at our option, we reserve the right to correct the problem in a timely manner or issue the buyer a full refund of the purchase price including the cost of any shipping paid in the initial order. The customer must return the product in it’s original and unmodified condition to us prior to the refund being issued, however refunds will be issued promptly upon the items safe return and inspection. 

REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All of our products are made to order for each individual customer and it is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of our products for their specific application or vehicle. Our products are guaranteed to fit the cars and applications as described however, we make no warranty beyond those stated in the product description or as pictured in product images provided. Please be sure of the suitability of the product before you place your order, check your application against the product description first. Refunds that are granted to customers that failed to confirm suitability of the product for their application or that decline a repair or replace option due to latent defect as outlined above, will be assessed a 25% restock and manufacturing fee and any and all credit card fees(3.9%).  

We are happy to process your refund or order cancelation request made due to a change in plans, parts no longer needed, wrecking or selling the car, “I found a better deal” or “I am in a hurry”, didn't verify my application, didn't read the full product description, my pet needs emergency surgery, etc…however your refund will be assessed a 25% order termination fee PLUS a 3.9% credit card processing fee, absolutely no exceptions.

When a refund is issued due to a defect in manufacture that can not be corrected in a timely manner then the customer will be given the option of having a full and promptly issued refund directly to the exact same payment system that they used when the items were purchased, or at their option they can be issued a store credit that can be used within 1 year from the date of store credit issuance. 

In most cases we must provide difficult to manufacture, and assemble custom components and are often required to duplicate or locate rare and original Shelby Dodge factory parts to manufacture and fill customer orders. This represents a substantial investment in specialty materials, fabrication time and shipping charges for our company and it is therefore reflected in our pricing. 

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS
In the event that it is mutually decided that the customer can return an item due to a manufacturing defect that can not easily or in a timely manner be corrected, if the product description clearly misrepresented the products compatibility or intended application, both parties can agree to a equal value product exchange. If the to be exchanged product value is greater than the exchanged for product, a store credit good for a period of 1 year will be issued the purchaser.
