We have a high quality made in the USA steel alloy replacement 12 point head flange bolt that is a perfect fit and includes a reusable NORD-LOCK® washer. The head makes 12 points of contact with a wrench to handle more torque than a socket head or hex head screw. Being a flange bolt, the flange provides a more powerful clamping force that is distributed over a larger area under the flange.
Choose these steel alloy bolts with a tensile strength of 180,000psi, 17% stronger than our hex head black oxide steel screws with 150,000 psi tensile strength. These fasteners are for high-stress applications, such as high stress automotive applications. They are at least 35% stronger than medium-strength steel screws. The flange distributes pressure where the screw meets the surface increasing their clamping force and resistance to loosening due to vibration.

The two-piece NORD-LOCK® washers provide more locking power than split, tooth, and spring lock washers. Wedges on the inside lock the two pieces together, and serrations on the exterior grip surfaces to resist loosening from high vibration and shifting. Washers are reusable. These NORD-LOCK® washers are zinc-flake-coated steel washers that are highly corrosion resistant in wet environments.
