Good, used, clean 87-88 popup headlight time delay control module. This unit goes under the top dash cap located above the center console. They are often filled with electronic potting material that when exposed to prolonged heat leaks out and runs down inside the dash assembly, often gumming up the heater/AC controls, the radio/stereo and dripping down onto the carpet. Very very stubborn and sicky stuff and difficult to remove. This unit is clean and does not have the typical sticky mess on the outside and the case is not cracked or broken, both mounting tabs still firmly in place. Without the time delay feature #4437107.
