TURBO DODGE GRADE 12.9 EARLY TI (LOG) 12 POINT INTAKE BOLTS

This is our Dodge and Chrysler 2.2 and 2.5 early TI (log manifold) intake manifold bolt upgrade. These are the highest quality GRADE 12.9 manifold bolts that are direct replacements for the factory grade 8 steel bolts. The bolts are cold finished and polished that are harder and have a higher tensile strength than standard bolts and are a perfect standard fit for our turbo Dodge automobiles with the early "LOG" style intake manifold. These bolts also feature a 12 point head for added torque precision.
Our custom studs are class 12.9 rolled steel and polished bolts with 12 point head. These studs are far above the quality and strength of the factory cut thread studs.
These custom 8mm x 1.25 class 12.9 steel bolts install directly on the factory TI (log intake) manifold without any modifications necessary and since they are both self locking and copper clad, they will not loosen nor bond to the steel studs. So you get not only added class 12.9 strength, you also get extended reliability and serviceability due to the higher grade materials.
By replacing the factory grade 8 steel bolts with these class 12.9 bolts you get the following advantages:
- Increased fastener strength, class 12.9 (AISI 4135) Vs. grade 8
- You will gain 50 HP and 75 ft/lbs of torque (just kidding!)

Intake manifold bolts (log motor)
I haven't used these yet. When I go to replace anything on the intake or need to pull the head I will install these bolts. I really like the 12 point feature versus the stock bolt.
