Turbo Dodge cylinder head installation package to make installation of your turbo 782 or 287 cylinder head easier. We include all the typical needed gaskets, and hardware for a complete hassle-free installation. Our turbo Dodge cylinder head installation kit includes the following items:
- Your choice of 10mm or 11mm Head bolts
- Fel-Pro PermaTorque Cylinder Head Gasket (Later Style)
- (8) Grade 10 Exhaust Manifold Bolts w/Hex Head (Allen wrench required)
- (8) Grade 10 Fat Flange Small Hex Head(10mm) Copper Exhaust Manifold Nuts
- (8) 12 point Grade 10 Log, 1 piece or 2 piece Intake Manifold Bolts
- Intake/Exhaust Manifold Gasket
- Your choice of 1 piece or multi-piece valve cover gasket
- Premium Fel-Pro Thermostat Gasket
OPTIONAL HIGH PERFORMANCE METAL/METAL HEAD GASKET
A very high-quality Fiber-Max cylinder head gasket designed specifically for high boost, turbo charged Chrysler, Dodge and Plymouth vehicles, featuring a durable Metalmix (composite/steel) construction. The gasket has a fiber mix core covered in metal on both sides, bonded together and then a special high temp, high strength silicone sealer is applied making for a superior and very durable seal. Engineered in Spain, this gasket has an 89.5 mm bore, 2 mm thickness, and is often used for 2.2L-2.5L engines. It is designed for high temperature and pressure resistance.
- Fiber-Max gaskets are covered in a high strength and high temp resistant silicone material for the best possible seal for cast iron engine blocks and aluminum cylinder heads
- More forgiving than all metal cometic gaskets that require both mating surfaces to be machined perfectly flat
